Greetings! During the winter, somehow a little butt connector (I believe it's called a windshield washer hose connector) snapped. It splices the line that goes from the pump to the spray nozzles near the hood hinge. I am having a heck of a time finding one of these. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can either find this part, or splice this using a different method? The little connector is very small and seems to just use pressure (it is white in color and has a enlarged spot on each end that expands the tubing when inserted) to hold it in place. The line itself is so small that clamps would not work if I was to figure out a way to splice it that way. Thank you! 2009 SX4 Technology.

Welcome to the forum. Assuming that you’re the 4 door vehicle, is the part you’re talking about in this diagram?

Thank you very much! Both replies are very helpful. The part #14 in the diagram and the fish tank tip was a great idea as well! I think I'm on the right track now. It's almost impossible to drive without windshield washer this time of year when mud gets splashed on the windshield . Thanks again!

Update. After unsuccessfully searching everywhere for a Suzuki part (#14 in diagram) I found on Amazon a windshield washer hose kit (universal ) that includes several connectors! I'll try and remember to update once I receive it and let everyone know if it works or not. Thanks again!

Just in case you are unsuccessful, what you’re looking for is actually called a hose barb fitting. For example, there is a set of different sizes here, to give you an idea of what these are:
