SHVS li ion doesn't not charge fully

Hello, I am owner of new S-CROSS mild hybrid version 1.4 l.
From when i get the car with 3 km, display shows only to charge hybrid battery maximum to 3 from 5 section. Display shows that regenerative braking is charging but only to the 3rd level and its not go upper. Daily temperatures are up to 4°C and by night is going down to -2.
I am making about 25 km (15-20min), two times per day.
Is that normal or i should contact service for that?

It will more than likely be the cold temperatures, ask the service guys.

Please consult your owner's manual, there should be a section with a fairly comprehensive list of possible reasons the SVHS system may not be working the way you think it should - be aware that cold weather has a significant impact, not just on battery capacity but also the battery's ability to accept a charge.
