I'm not arguing that it's possible. Absolutely not. I was just trying to answer the original question of how much of a gain.
The question was how much was gained by a half mm oversized piston.
And when that is the ONLY change....IE, compression is same, stroke is the same, cam is same, didn't port anything...yada yada, the gain is going to be extremely minimal. That was all I was saying.
I don't know how tough the Zuk block is yet. But since I've seen a few places that only build it up TO that 100HP, obviously there are some issues. But from a 4cyl perspective, long ago I built up a Honda engine (B18B1) from 142BHP (stock) to 250FWHP NA as a daily driver (And that is as you know, NOTHING). So I KNOW it's possible to do.
