Helle out there

I have a 2023 Ignis with an infotainment system that has connectivity issues (Android phone), lagging issues and occasionally even stalling/crashing issues. I wanted to see if there was any software updates for the system, but I can't seem to find any way to update it.

First off, it says "version not avalable" when trying to figure out the software version. Also, there's no apparent menu setting for upgrading.

Is there anyone out there that has any experience with this?

I never found a method albeit I also didn't have any issues with it.

Press and hold the gear symbol on the radio for approximately 10 seconds.
The software version menu screen appears.

Apparently I have vers. 1891_220319. Don't know if that the lastest one though.

I've no problems with my 23 plate Ignis but out of curiosity shouldn't software updates if available be carried out automatically when one has the car serviced?

I don't know. Mine hasn't got internet connection, so I recon it wont unless I specifically do it manually.
