By using an appropriate high end scan tool with the security protocols, being a JDM you may need a proprietary suzuki scan tool.

Thats a keyless start fob, that needs a scan tool

 

I don't believe it need a scan tool either (see picture). It comes with a normal key with the immobilizer chip in the key (not fob). I don't have the owners manual so if anyone knows the pairing procedure for the JDM zc71s swift let me know. I bought a replacement fob from japan

 

Here are the instructions for the Grand Vitara, you can see if the Swift controls match and try the procedure - be aware that programming controllers erase the existing controller codes, so you need to have all the controllers present so you can reprogram them.
