My manual states i'ts a L4

 

Do a search for the original part number 15910-63A01-000, and, replacement part number 15910-63A0V-000. Good luck.

EDIT: This is assuming it's a 1.6L, 8v engine.

Sorry, but why would a 93 Tracker be the SE413??? The 413 engine (1.3L) was only used in the very, very earliest 88/89 Sidekicks, and never on the Tracker. You’d have the SE416 engine (1.6L).
It’s suggested not to search for most parts using Tracker, but using Suzuki, as it is better supported. Throttle/accelerator cable here:

The part number, if you want to search elsewhere, is 15910-63A0V-000. You may also have some luck finding one in a junkyard,

Broken Throttle Cable

Any motorcycle shops in your area should be able to make you a new inner cable.
Take your old cable in with all of the broken ends so they can fab you a replacement.
