Hello all.
this question will seemingly have an obvious answer, which is “drive them both back to back and you’ll know”, but it’s not that easy.
I have a 560kW Mustang GT, and E90 325i (not sure why but I just never sold it) and a Lexus RX 350. The BMW I just don’t use. The Mustang is awesome, but it’s too much car for it to be a commuter (I did daily it for 2.5 years though). The Lexus is a family car, which my wife uses.
I live in Johannesburg and I‘m in the suburbs all the time. If I’m on the highway, I use the Mustang or Lexus.
I want something to drive around the ‘burbs. The Swift Sport in SA is the non-hybrid 103kW model. Given I’m a car guy, the Swift is the car to get, but our roads have stealth potholes as a no-charge extra. I’ve binned a few wheels over the years, so while the Swift fulfils the driving experience I want, the Jimny gives me a different experience: I don’t give a funk what I do, the Jimny will handle it.
Anyyone here with reasonable experience of them both in your garage at the same time, or close enough?
