Gah. I got frustrated with an hour of dead ends so I just got out my credit card and bought the manual myself. I don't know if it's allowed to be in the public domain or not, but I made it available for download here: https://mega.co.nz/#fm/rBA01Z4K

I have made two files available to choose from:

No. 1 is called Suzuki Swift full workshop manual - 1257 pages (2004 to 2010).pdf and it's the big one which includes everything from wiring diagrams to air conditioning repair. Very in-depth and probably exactly what you're looking for.

No. 2 is called Suzuki Swift Owners Manual.pdf which is the glove compartment manual for basic ownership information (not very in-depth, but has pretty pictures).

I really hope my efforts help someone out there!

Hi,

I'm Tony Jackson, and I'm visiting my sister in Tanzania for her 60th birthday. She has a 4WD Swift 1.3, in which we are making a two-week safari. On our first day a wheelbearing failed, and also the screen wipers. The latter came to light in a thunderstorm last night (this is the 'Long Rains' season).

She doesn't have an owner's handbook, and so the only fuses I could see were those under the bonnet. I swapped these around, but to no avail.

The VIN of the car (HT51S755434) seems to be too short for the Suzuki site to give us a handbook to download.

Any suggestions?

Best regards, Tony J.

Hello,
I'm the owner of a 2014 Suzuki Swift (Japan import), type DBA-ZC72S, chassis number ZC72S334161.
I would like to find out what type of gearbox (CVT) the car has ( the owner handbook is in Japanese).
I tried, with zero success, to find some answers from Suzuki UK. They have zero information about my car and no information about how I can get in touch with Suzuki Motors Japan (so they claim).
I'm trying to change the CVT fluid and I don't have any information about filters and fluid.
Also I would really appreciate if someone could provide a link where I can find the owner's manual in English and maybe a contact address for Suzuki Motors Japan.
Thank you very much for your help.

The fluid type is on the dipstick. Hope you get through!
