I’m out of ideas with my Swift -06. Steering will not go to center.
I have replaced springs, supportarms, strut bearings and steeringrack but the problem is still there.
Any ideas?

What do you mean it will not "go to center"? Describe what is happening.

As Philip has suggested, start with a wheel alignment, and make sure you get a print out showing the measured caster & camber numbers. Only the toe is adjustable, so that is what most alignment techs will focus on, but the alignment rack measures and reports the caster, camber & thrust angles which will reveal if there is anything bent or twisted.

If the suspension geometry is within spec., you may need to look at the EPS controller software version.

Just curious…..when you drive down a level road, even though the steering wheel is not centered, does the car ride straight down the road? Or go off to the left or right?

I have a wheelalignment booked tomorrow.

It’s going strait on road but can feel a bit unstable when it’s slippery. Like when your’e hit by a strong wind.

The big problem is that the steering will not try to go back to center after a turn.
In Sweden it will not pass our carinspection.

Update.
Wheelalignment done and was alright.

He plugged in autocom who showed an error in the box for powersteering.
No signal from rpmsensor.
But when he started the engine the error disappeared 🤷‍♂️
The realtimedata shows that both speed and rpmsensors working.

Maybe the powersteeringbox is broken?

Not sure if this (and the page after this) helps:

I am no steering specialist, but have to assume that at some point this steering was acting as it should, returning to center, driving not feeling unstable, etc., correct??? And steering doesn’t return to center, whether you turn to the left or the right? There has to be a reason for this….we’re just not looking in the right place.
I wonder if this is helpful: https://www.suzuki-forums.com/threads/1-c1122-fault-power-steering-stiff-steering-help.267070/. Don’t be put off by the title.
