Reset change oil light

Hi,

I have 2011 Swift GLX DDiS with keyless system. I have not found any "button-ignition-pedal-routine" that resets the change engine oil lamp and the km until next change. The car has a dodgy service history, so I decided to change all fluids and filters my self.

since no routine worded I ordered an OBD3 adapter. I am happy to get any recommendations on Iphone apps that can do the job, as well as a "magic routine".

The OBD3 was a typo, it is an OBD2...

considering OBD3 is still a concept, and your car is OBD2....you will need a specific scan tool to reset the oil change light, a lot of the ELM based ones won't on the Suzukis

or...try this

Turn ignition on with engine not running and within 5 seconds fully press gas pedal to floor three times , the amber light should flash and system should reset, turn key off , next restart light should be off . If light is still on repeat steps.
