AMEN... it is what it is and will always be... No matter how my people try to dumb it down and change the definition of the word... Make it a term of endearment... Whatever... It is a slur... No matter what the dictionary says... That word was yelled out at folks before they were hung from trees, sprayed with hoses, attacked by dogs, ... That word was used to str8 disrespect a whole race of people for almost 2 centuries...

It's obvious you, like prior genorations, have a complete misunderstanding of the word. I don't disagree that the word has been used out of context when it shouldn't have by many, many people, but it's the 21st century. In this day and age that word is mostly used by African Americans talking about themselves or friends. If your not African American and you use the word, you're automatically labelled a racist. It's time we snap out of this racist mindset and realize the word is used to describe a worthless individual. Black or not. Like the one in this video. Why not have love for your fellow man until he proves unworthy. Um, one.

I have no misunderstanding of the word... Homey I understand that word well... I am an "African American" and no matter what you think, that word is what it is... It will never change...
