Hi, just got the same warning on my 2018 swift sport. Did you manage to sort it?

 

Today had the same thing happen to me driving home from work on hwy 100km when all the sudden message came up on dash check cruze control in orange with a orange eng check light

 

the fact you have a money maker light lit says you have a fault somewhere. get it scanned and report back with the code it gives you.

 

Anyone sorted this issue and found out the reason?

 

I have just had this porblem today, cleaned all sensors but still the warning light comes on. Its booked into suzuki on thursday for inspection.

 

Hello I sorted this issue out by getting a radar calibration done, since then no issues do not take to dealers as they will try telling you that you need a new radar sensor.

I'm not certain where you're going with this, the discussion appears to be in the "2004+ Swift" section of the forum, not in the Baleno Section, and I've had a look at the system logs, it does not appear to have been moved since you posted.

That said, users don't always post in the correct section of the forum - if or when the error is noticed by a moderator, he/she can move it, it could go unnoticed for years - why are you making an issue out of it?

 

Suzuki tried to tell me my swift has been in an accident to cause this, it looks like a common problem, cost me $720 to fix it my car is a 2023

 

There are many reasons a vehicle could have an "Inspect Cruise Control System" message, so yes, the message itself is very common - the problem that is causing it may or may not be.

 

when a technician puts a scan tool on to diagnose this error, does it show when the error first appeared?

 

Not usually but it will show whether there history occurrences since last code clearance
