I have a 2003 Wagon R. The engine management light is not illuminating anymore. Is this likely to be the bulb in the dash or are there any other things to check?

There are no crystal balls on this side of the internet - you have a bulb that is not lighting - my first suspect would be the bulb, but, it is also possible for it to be broken wiring or even a defective ECU - probability is anyone's guess.
