Hi all,
I am a oversea student in Townsville, QLD and like to experience the beautiful part of OZ.
Got a 2nd-hand Suzuki Grand Vitara 3dr (sq420) this early year, and slight modified and service it by myself.
Start to search good easy track around my place and build up confidence and skill gradually.
Found this website/forum with beautiful information and will start to read more skilled article.
Hope have chance to hang up with local 4WD lover and learn more from them.

Cheers, Colin

Hey hey,

I'm in Brisbane and have been a Suzuki driver for years. My first car was a very cute 93 Sierra soft top which unfortunately went to car heaven just recently : ( I am now the proud owner of a 2010 swift and am loving my new little beast. Nice to see so many fellow Aussies using this forum too.

From Sydney Australia

Hi all, my name is Simon. I am from Sydney Australia. I just bought a 2005 Liana 1.8L FWD. Been ritoff from the previous owner that did not tell the engine had been over heated. & day after the temperture seem to be high then found out have blown head gasket..... Anyway i can't get money back. all i can do is get it fix.. Now i need some advise from your guys experience. Hope i can get it done. I quoted $1500-2200 from mechanics. & quoted parts only around $700 + $(head check). & quoted used engine $1000-1400 from wreckers. Is there anyone can give me some advise that which is good to be done. Thankyou for your time to look at my post.

Having a look at one tomorrow SE416V '89 carby 5sp manual 2door hardtop. Hopefully she will be good for a first suzuki buy and being a carby can do a lot of the work myself. Any suggestion from some vitara owners or techy knowledge would be appreciated. :D
