Wagon r+ very thirsty!!

Recently purchased a 2093 Wagon r+. 100,00 miles and overall not bad bad but suddenly became VERY thirsty!
ONE meter shows no faults.
Any ideas please?? Cheers

whats a ONE meter?
define "very thirsty" whats the actual mileage its getting?

2093? i'm guessing 2003?
what engine?
