Hi Guys,

Has there anyone of you drained and replenish his Zuk's transmission fluid?
I planning to do it on my ride but I am not sure whats the best fluid to replace the old fluid the drained? Any advise?

Manual easy as. Theres two plugs, 1 fill (the top one) and one drain. You'll probably need a suction gun for the fluid to pump it into the gearbox.

I don't know what conditions you live in so can't tell you the correct oil to use. But where I live I use 75W90 Synthetic. If its an oldish car it doesn't need to be synthetic (>1995). I live in temperatures of 10-30 degrees celcius. Different temperatures is different oils.

Yes buddy, you have to see 8f your transmission is very old or not before flushing it totally. If uour yransmission is already very old and you will Flush it before loading new fluid then it will slide. But if your transmission is sti in good condition, then it is OK yo flush it before loading new fluid. Thats why for old transmission, just drain it and load new fluid do not FLUSH it.

A proper flushing removes all old oil and sludge from the transmission and valve chest, just changing oil stirs it all up and can block the valve body.

If your transmission fluid is that full of sludge, there's bigger issues to address than just an oil and filter change.
