We bought a 2005 XL-7 less then a week ago. Our tpms light starts to flash on and off after driving on the highway for about 15-20 minutes. We noticed that our tires do not have caps on the valve stems. Would these missing be responsible for the light flashing on and off? Any feedback appreciated!

If the light is flashing it is an indication that one or more of the sensors is not sending signal to the TPMS module, most likely caused by a dead battery inside one or more of the sensors. If the light is on steady then this is an indication of low tire pressure. There will be codes in the TPMS module to help diagnose this but someone will need to try and activate each sensor w/ an activation tool to determine which sensor is causing the problem.

Tire Pressure Sensor Registration XL-7 2005

I have a few questions for Suzuki XL-7 2005.
1-Anybody know the steps for Tire Pressure Sensor Registration without Suzuki Scan Tool? or how to put Suzuki XL-7 2005 in "relearn mode" without Suzuki Scan Tool?
2-For registration: there are many TPM activation tools in the market. Anybody know if VT10 from Ateq; or Autel MaxiTPMS TS301; or Tips tool from ktool.com work with this car?
Thank you,
