My car broke down because the alternator belt snapped out. The battery drained and the belt was replaced after my instrument cluster was not working. No lights, fuel gauge, tachometer, odometer or speedometer not working. I've tried checking the fuses but they are all working. What else can I check? Thank you

I suspect the broken belt may have caused the dash to fail due to the voltage spikes that would have caused. I'm surprised there wasn't a big alternator charge light up immediately the belt snapped to advise you of the issue.

Yep, that's about what happens when you jump start them with a dead flat battery. I suspect the cluster is dead.

Good and bad news, great you have fixed it, bad that it was a faulty dash.
