Subwoofer choices

I am on the fence about what to do for a small subwoofer for my GV. I am starting to lean towards an aftermarker under seat unit such as the Sound Ordinance unit: Sound Ordnance B-8PTD 125-watt compact powered subwoofer at Crutchfield.com

Or this Blaupunkt model:

Anyone try this one out, or something similar, for fitment? I am not into super loud bass, I just want something to fill out the sound and something along these lines will work from a sound perspective, but I am not sure about the fitment part...

Ive got a Pioneer Slimline Series 10", the box is about 350mm high x 170mmish deep x 500mm long. The underseat units are a very good consideration also, my factory stereo has an underseat unit but it "apparently" isnt compatible with the aftermarket head unit i bought after my AM radio shat itselt 3yrs and 1 day after i bought the car...and i love my AM!!! Its a very compact box for a sub though, ive got a plug along the cord so i can remove it anytime i need to.
