My 2018 Ignis CVT purchased May, rear view camera previously with it's brilliant wide field of vision suddenly around 6 or 8 weeks ago changed. At the bottom of the screen a largish chunk of the field shows the back end of the car and the top part of the number plate. Assuming a fault had developed I took it to my local showroom, where the technician informed me there was nothing wrong. I explained that it was not as when purchased or indeed for the first 4 months and wanted an explanation re why, and indeed how, it has been altered. He was unable to tell me this and showed me a new one which has the same part of car and plate showing at bottom of screen.
Has this happened to anyone else....I dont like this new 'adjustment', neither do I understand how it has occurred and I am feeling brushed off when told 'nothing we can do'. If not a fault I would like recognition that it has been changed at least and ideally I want it to revert to how it was when I was shown it in the showroom and as it was for the first 4 months....any input welcome. I should say in every other regard I have been more than pleased with my vehicle.

Ours too. The rear bumper is bendable at the middle area as it is only fastened on two extreme ends . When we loaded something heavy on the boot it pressed the bumper and the bent condition of bumper did not return to original position and this has caused intrusion of the bumper into the field of vision of the reverse camera. Suzuki should add a middle fastener to secure the bumper properly, so that bumper does not intrude into the field of vision and not affect it.
