Idle Issues! Help!

I am so proud of my 92 Geo Metro - I picked it up for $1000 canadian about 3 years ago and she has been going strong with no large maintainence problems ever since! Maybe my lucky streak is at an end. She is idling at about twice to thrice the rpm at which she used to idle. I set the idle speed screw to the minimum setting and it is still roaring at the high rpm when not in gear. Please give me an idea of what is wrong with my baby!?

I had a similiar problem on my 92` 1.0 metro.
Turned out to be the passage to the top of the throttle body where the coolant temp sensor is located was blocked. the ecm thought it was allways cold and let it run rich.
If the top of your thottle body is hot from coolant then you may want to look at the sensor itself.
