Onlyu just got ours but not noticed this at all, I've seen on my previous Hybrib Suzukis, Vitaras and Ignis sometimes seems temp dependant in its function but im no expert.

 

100 percent ref temperature

 

Had this problem, called dealer. Simple solution. He said if have blower set to full on screen then it draws too much from battery and ev doesn't come on. I got in car, turned air con to auto and ev mode started. Same will occur in winter with blowers and heated rear window on.

 

Mine hasn’t worked - bought it recently
Changed 12v battery yesterday- no joy
Wondering what to do
