The icon under thet 16:01 is the check engine light, which means that your computer has picked up an issue from one or more circuits. I assume that your car is still under warranty, so you should take it to the dealer to find out what the code and issue is.

If you’ve been driving your car and those icons were not there, but now they are, I would still get them checked out, rather than assuming that all is well. You are under warranty…ask your dealer.
