I've searched all over, having trouble finding service manual for 2001 Suzuki XL-7, 2.7L, 4WD. Anyone know if there is a link out there. Would be much appreciated.

I too have been looking for that. All the old links are dead.

The good news is the Grand Vitara with the H25 engine looks identical to the XL-7 H27 engine.
Most everything is in the same place with the same wiring.

The XL-7 H27 engine is on the right.

Suzuki Grand Vitara 2001 4x4 Auto RHZ Diesel

First of all i'm a newbie from Sri Lanka and this is my first post

brought a diesel auto 4WD GV (167,000Km) two weeks back and I'm thinking of replacing the auxiliary serpentine drive (Fan/Alternator/Power Steering) belt .

I have been searching all over the web and ebay for a service manual for 2001 GV with the Peugeot RHZ common rail intercooler diesel turbo engine (UK Spec), so far i have manuals covering almost all other engines but couldn't find one with RHZ engine.

Could some one please provide the manual ( or the RHZ supplement ) to this grate collection of manuals for GVs as i came across lot of threads where people asked for this RHZ engine specific manual.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you will find what you need. The download includes diesel engines.
