Exhaust Leak in Front Pipe from Rust

Hi,

I have a Suzuki Ignis Sport, 1.3L, 2003, UK. I was just hoping for some advice on an exhaust leak in the front pipe. Please see photos.

I had it welded by the garage last month but it doesn't seemed to have worked very well and is leaking again. I was just looking for an advice on what might be the best or easiest fix. When I took it to the garage they were reluctant to replace the exhaust part as the bolts are very rusty and might be difficult to do.

Any one with any experience have any suggestions? I'm tempted to either weld myself or replace the part but worried that the excessive corrosion might be an issue.

Ideally I'd like to do a temp fix as I need to use the car soonish but if it needs more work I'd like to get started asap.

Thanks in advance!

That exhaust is goooooooooooooooone!
See an exhaust specialist to replace every bit that looks like that.
I would also be checking your engine mounts, because it looks like it is sloping around like a sausage in a shirt sleeve placing stress on the exhaust pipe.
PS; I never heard of a Sport with a 1.3. Check the blue plate in engine bay, it will confirm M13A or M15A (1.5L).
