I cleaned out my air intake and the hoses attached to the air filter case. I put all hoses and the one electrical connection back to its correct connections. I tried to start the engine and it whines, but does not fire up. I checked all my connections three times over after that and don't see anything wrong. Can someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks.
