He sure as shit wouldn't randomly vandalize someone else's car. Of course, the scene was surrounded by a bunch of other cars none of whose occupants lifted a hand to stop him. If it was me, I'd have rammed the car into him, who knows if the guy is gonna swing for your head eventually???
