Hi guys, just a question, have you ever felt regretful after buying your GV?

Id say 90 percent of your problems are a blocked oil return, or blocked feed line. These lines should always be replaced when replacing a turbo.
These things run regularly at 15 psi boost, id be looking at the vane control solenoid first if its over boosting, along with a blocked line to the pressure sensor or a faulty sensor.
Boost control regulator is only one part of the entire boost control system, boost is actually controlled via the variable vanes in the turbo. Correct setup of these when refitting the turbo is paramount.

Did you pressure test the return line and feed line? Flowing out the feed line is fine, but you really need to prove its flow is adequate and that the return line and fitting in the sump isn't obstructed. Any obstruction in the return line fitting will reduce flow
About the only thing that kills turbo is low oil flow or overheating.

Since you haven't replaced the lines, they are top of my suspect list. Attach a funnel to the return line and fill it with oil, how fast does it disappear under gravity?
