Ok, first off, I know it is the alternator, as you can visibly see it vibrating horribly, but the rest of the motor and belt driven accessories are not; and it stops if you remove the belt.
The alternator vibrates horribly and at low RPM's it rattles... kinda sounds like a bad rod sound (boy was I scared when I heard it!)
None of the bolts look loose... so I'm at a loss! I sure hope this is common and is an easy fix!
