About cruise control and automatic climate control installation

My suzuki swift doesn't have cruise control installed, it also has manual A/C, is it possible to buy the cruise control like the link below and automatic climate control and install them?

Sadly, no.

Your vehicle would have to currently contain all of the additional sensors, wiring, control modules / components of an ENTIRE system, not just those added switches.
