92 Tracker - Source for PCV Valve heater hose?

This basically connects to the PCV valve, radiator heat is then introduced by the barb fittings to the mini heat-exchanger (where his finger is pointing to). The hoses are then connected to the water tube, and it prevents icing of the PCV Valve.

I've spent hours this am trying to find a replacement source for this.
It seems many sites have no listing for this at all.

From another site trying to identify it:

From an ebay seller a complete air intake housing:

Mine is literally about as hard as a rock. I am asssuming any used hose would be in about the same condition. I've tried half a dozen different vendors - nothing.

This is a short, reducing (14mm to 10mm) molded hose within a 45 degree bend. I don't think a straight hose can be bent in that configuration without kinking.

If not available... as it seems... any work arounds? The best I can come up with is to find a molded 45-degree bend in 14mm, and then a 2mm short hose to put on the heating element, and then put the 14mm hose OVER the 2mm hose. Basically, using a thin hose over the small fitting to allow the 14mm hose to connect. Maybe...?

I have seen one post from a guy in OZ - he basically deleted it, as he never gets to below freezing.

As much as southern AZ is a mecca for RVers spending the winter (Snowbirds), our 4000+ foot elevation means we have at least 3-4 weeks below freezing, with at least a week of that below 10F.

Hm. Just thought of something else - maybe make a loop, with a reducing male-male barb in the middle? Like this?

With the added length of a loop, I think it should work; kinda ghetto though... :(

The large end on mine has a crack and I was going to pull it off, clean with acetone and mend with RTV then wrap with self-fusing tape then coat with more RTV.

I sell used motorcycle parts on eBay and wish I had kept the radiator hoses off a DRZ400 because I remember one hose had a taper and 45 deg. bend in it but don't recall what sizes but they may be close to what is needed. You can buy used hoses on eBay:

Even new ones are pretty cheap:

^Parts from older bikes I've ridden for a while and either get tired of or they become too expensive to fix (BMW). It's a hassle to sell a bike these days and you take a chance on some road tester laying it down or trashing the trans or clutch.

The parts are sometimes worth more than what a bike might sell for and as long as I break even, it's good. I'm retired and have plenty of time to pack & ship. I also will part project bikes that I've given up on or basket cases I've bought for cheap. It's just a past-time, not a business.
