Has anyone attemtped this on their own? I've done timing belts in the past on my other used cars, but I don't actually have the Shop manual for the Esteem yet.
I spoke to a nice parts guy at a local Suzuki dealer, and he told me the 5 different parts and part numbers typically replaced during the timing belt service... and the price for the Stealership to perform it:
$650 !!!
I can probably buy the parts myself for around $200.
Can anyone give me some advice on this undertaking?
Thanks.
