Question '05 Suzuki XL-7 lock problem

I tried unlocking my doors this morning using my remote, as I normally do. It didn't work so I tried using my key. Both the driver side and passenger side would not open. They key turned and you could hear the door trying to unlock but wouldn't. I grabbed my extra remote and tried - still nothing. Finally, I tried my rear door using the key manually, and was able to unlock it. I climed in and manually unlocked the driver side door. Once in, I turned on my car and was able to unlock/lock all door using the control panel on the driver side door. What is wrong with my locks?

We had the same problem and it turned out to be very light corrosion on the rear door lock mechanism and was also messing with the electrical. All I did was clean it real well (back panel pulls right off and everything is right there) and lube the moving parts and no more issues.

Ours was locking and unlocking at will driving down the road but it started just as you described.
