Default Original car, is it worth modifying it?

Hi everyone. First time Suzuki Vitara owner so first time posting here.

Have a passion for this brand and fall in love with this model so I've been dreaming to buy one. As I have no use for it and it would most likely sit in the yard it was a difficult decision to buy one. But eventually I did it! 😁

So here you can see mine: ultra low mileage for the year (47600) in a very good original condition. Hence my dilemma: the colour I suppose is factory original but I don't like it that much. What is the colour called anyway? I was thinking to change it in army green matte. But because is original I'm still not convinced that I should destroy the originality.

Same things with some body modifications like a snorkel or bigger tires and flares, etc.

Would it be that bad to ruin the originality of the car to indulge my taste? Feel like I made a bad decision buying this one

Welcome
to the forum!

You have a problem with the color, now do ya?

I didn't like it when I bought it and thought I would paint it something different, black maybe.

Well, after doing the seats in green camo, I had second thoughts about the color.

It sort of grows on you after a bit.

and the ladies seem to like it.

Don't be in too much of a hurry.

The color is called Tropical Green Metallic

Don

Thanks Don!

My wife doesn't like the colour either....

It's not that I hate it but would have liked to have a more conservative colour. Anyway, I'm enjoying it as it is. Bought a chrome bull bar and can't wait de fit it on 🤩
