[Living the dream]

My wife just bought a 1996 X-90. She wants to buy new headlight lens, because the ones on her's are sun baked. She has a kit to try to clear them up. That usually doesn't last long.
Does anyone know where we can buy new headlight lens?
Oh....and I have a 1998.5 Samuel.

Welcome to the forum. The parts catalog for the headlights for the X90 is here. My suggestion is to get the part number for whichever side lens you need, and then google using that part number, to see what you come up with. Suzuki
It will most probably be very difficult to find a new headlight for your car, sadly. And it’s unlikely you would want a to pay for one. Here’s a listing for the left headlight on ebay:

New and genuine OEM part. For ground vehicles: let us know the full chassis number or VIN.

i dont even bother with clear coat, I buff them with Colgate white toothbrush paste with a cloth wheel on my drill (add some water), repeat once a year. 10 minute job per side, works like a charm.
