The rocker arm assembly is made from soft, cast aluminum, and it's not heat treated or have a bronze bushing to make them last. Some engines will get sludged (like mine), which doesn't help. I found two rockers that were pretty well worn and were leaking oil pressure at a pretty high rate (the cam area was getting full of oil. The rocker shaft was very good shape, it's just the rockers that had significant wear.
You need to watch out for this, because the PCV will inhale that extra oil. The result is an abnormal loss of oil, followed by oil starvation, and then a rod bearing seizure.
