its a camshaft....whats the part number or stamped code on it?

apparently its for front engine F6a. I bought it by mistake, mine is rear engine and they are different, different distributor
drive.

Most F6A engines are SOHC, yours is DOHC so your cams will be different, you have two cams, each with half the number of lobes, if I'm correct your cam will also not have the distributor drive gear, I think your distributor is inline with the exhaust cam, driven directly off the end.

No, there are 2 types of F6a cam. one is for rear engine (no distributor drive gear) the other is
for front engine (with distributor drive gear) No F6a engines are DOHC

The Alto Works RS-R and the Cappuccino were powered by DOHC versions of the F6a
