Well I was replacing my cv axels when I noticed the driver side wheel bearing seal was bad. Took it off (or my uncle did) not knowing how to do it. Fudged it up worse.

I went to get new one, but it didn't seem to be the right one. I looked on all the websites, and they all are the same thing. I was on suzukiparts.com and noticed that there is an outer and inner seal.

Can someone please explain to me what this is? I pulled one solid piece out. Do they some how fit together?

Sorry, I did this weeks ago but only just got around to signing up.
Thought I may as well post it up.

Hey thanks, but I've already finished. There are two different seals that you have to use. One sits on the bearing casing the other sits on the back lip of the wheel assembly. It then slides into place of the CV axel.

Worked out great. I spoke with a mechanic from the dealership before buying the seals.

He reassured me that is the proper way to do so.
