Hi

I have a 2006 swb vitarra 1600 3 door, I have a ventilation problem.

When i press the button on the air control knob for fresh air after a minute or two it reverts to recirculated air and the led flashes, I have changed the pollen filter and cleaned the air intake filter but it still wont stay on fresh air.

I am stumped can anyone help a desperate Brit?

The flashing LED is an indication that there is failure somewhere in the HVAC control unit. It is flashing in a particular sequence to spell out the error code. The error code can also be read with Suzuki's Code Reader (at the dealer).

Check this threads, they may help:

I suspect it means the recirc door cannot complete it's required motion and that's why it returns. Perhaps there's something blocking it?

My recirc door dumps dead leaves into the glovebox so stuff can get past the outside grill.
