My 2005 Suzuki Forenza has now 128K Miles.
According to Autozone scanner it has a bad TRS but the car is running normal.
The only thing different than before is that the car hesitates to start in Park but after start it runs OK. In the past I also had a code for Camshaft Position Sensor" but it went away by itself.
Now I only have a code for TRS. Before buy the TRS to replace I would like a second opinion from people on this forum to tell me better about this issue.
Also sometimes the ignition key will not come out of the tumble without playing with the transmission shifter. Can it be related with the TRS?
Thanks

How do we test this specific part? Can it be done with a multimeter?
According to those symptoms of a "bad TRS" like: starting in gear, I just try now to make the car to start when in DRIVE and it will not start. Removing the key other than P is not possible. These are some test that I just did.
