I bought a 96 Tracker 16 valve that had a bad crank key. I replaced the timing gear and repaired with Loctite. The oil pump housing was worn pretty bad and after reinstalling everything found that it was cracked and leaking oil bad. Installed new oil pump and reinstalled timing gear and it is hitting the new pump and locking the engine it seems that the crank flange is to short where the seal runs on it. Can anyone help me with this?
