Hi Guys,

I just learned something interesting in the last couple of weeks as I had my vehicle’s AT rebuilt. The specialist was looking for replacement parts so obviously they looked for various Suzuki ones first and couldn’t find one. After a tedious search, they compared by visual similarities and found the right ones as A750E/F. The same transmission used by Lexus 450, Toyota Land Cruisers and 4Runners. After a bit of research, learned that it’s just logical since Aisin-Warner is the OEM.

Furthermore, I’m also wondering if I should now use Type T-IV as my fluid. Any thoughts...?

Thanks and hope this helps too.

"Aisin / AW supplies automatic transmissions to 55 automotive manufacturers around the world, virtually every major OEM. These include General Motors, Ford, Jeep, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Saab, VW, Volvo, Hyundai, MINI among others". ;)

Your oil type question would have been a good point to bring up with your "specialist" as we know not what year / model that you have.
