Besides timing and compression an internal combustion engine needs air, fuel, and ignition (in reasonable proportion and quantity) to fire.
Please describe a bit more of your situation.
Does it crank?
Do the plugs spark?
Are the plugs wet? Gas or oil fouled?
Have you checked or double checked grounds?
Fuel pressure?
Related fuses?
...for example.

Welcome to the forum. There are two different scenarios - won’t start, meaning that when you turn the key, you get nothing. Or cranks but won’t start.
If your situation is cranks but won’t start, try starting the engine with starter fluid sprayed into the intake. Advise if the engine starts and runs for as long as you spray, or still just cranks. This will determine whether your issue is on the fuel delivery side of starting, or the spark/electronic side, so that you can see which circuit is causing the problem
