I see on the wiring diagram of Suzuki sx4 a white green wire for roof antenna amplifier.
I looked on the factory harness that i have this wire.
Does the sedan model really has an antenna amplifier? Do i need to connect it to my aftermarket stereo?

There's an easy way to find out - leave it disconnected and see if your aftermarket radio works.

Most of the aftermarket stereos will have the capability to drive an antenna amplifier, either specifically for power antennas (typically a blue wire), or it can be connected to the stereo's external amplifier control (a blue/white wire), or if it's a really basic stereo without those, you can wire it to the stereo's red power wire, which will power the amp up only when the key is turned to ACC or ON.
