hoist is easier, axle stands etc,You will need to support engine otherwise it tries to fall out when the gearbox is removed.
1/2 shafts out (easier to let the bottom mcpherson bolts go to allow hubs to pivot out of the way to let shafts come out of hubs (remove calipers and unplug wheel speed sensors if you have them) then its like most other FWD clutches, a pain in the derriere. its just tight and awkward, Gearbox comes out the bottom. Check throwout mech for cracks, and grease pivots etc. Check pinion bearing in crank, use an alignment tool when re assembling clutch.
