Suzuki S-Cross Bluetooth outgoing calls!

I'm writing regarding issue with outgoing calls via Bluetooth because despite the effort from local dealer to resolve the problem, the issue remains the same!

The S-Cross I bought it in May 2022 and since beginning I'm having issues with outgoing calls because the other side hears my voice with a lot of noises, like being in forest!

In addition I'm sending voice recording of the issue.

According to local dealer of Suzuki they try to fix the issue by replacing the set of microphones, replacing the radio/Bluetooth set, updating the latest version of software and none of this has fixed the issue!

Did anyone had similar issue and found a way to fix this because it's becoming annoying sine I'm not able to call or answer anyone due to issue with noise that other part is hearing?

Thanks,
Mentor

Have you tried a different phone?
Yes I did and unfortunately same issue is with iPhone and Android.
Assuming the car was bought new, it'll still be under warranty, take the car and the phones to the dealer, there's a problem either with the head unit or the vehicle - what we're doing here is establishing WHERE the problem is, you can now show it's not your phone(s)
The dealer is aware about this issue but it seems they are not capable to resolve it. So I did research on Google trying to find a way how to solve it that's how I found this forum.
The dealer needs to escalate to Suzuki.

Hi Mentor, having the same problem, almost every receiver of my phone calls refers to very low quality, high noise level, basically unable to phone trouch car bluetooth, therefore forced to switch to handset calling. As mentioned above, Suzuki dealer is directed, as a sheep, either convice you 'everything is fine' or to turn over that problem onto your phone :D. I have tried many, android or iphone, none of them raised the quality, or eliminted the problem. Any advices/solutions? Thanks, Quemo
