It is cranking but won't start...
The scenario was the alternator belt got ripped it was replaced by a new one... Then its not starting... The mechanic told us to change the timing belt ,the coil the spark plug and even the camshaft but yet its not working again.. what would other possible cause why my apv is not working... Please help me.. i got stressed.. its 3 weeks then and 3 mechanics seen my car but none of them resolved my problem

A simple way to determine whether your issue is with fuel or spark, is to try to start the car using starter fluid sprayed into the intake. If the engine will start that way, then your issue is with the fuel side of ignition. If it still won’t start, then you need to check for spark.
You need a diagnostician, not a mechanic, who knows what mischief they have induced besides the original complaint..
Replacing parts is not recommended unless proved at fault.
I would take a close look at the crank sensor, wire to sensor, and grounds in the area. The belt could have easily broken something when it got damaged in that area.
