Please, does anyone know how to repair or solve a constant ABS/ESP warning light on my 2009 Suzuki Alto. It started as an intermittent fault but the warning light is on almost constantly.
I have a MOT coming up fairly soon and I don’t think it will pass with the light showing.
I know that there are firms who repair the ABS Pump but I’d sooner try and get it done locally if I can get the information on how to repair.

diagnose it first, what makes you think its a pump?
get someone with a scan tool that can read the ABS system to check codes. It could be as simple as a bad connection or a wheel sensor.

Thanks for the advice. You may well be right as sometimes if I leave the car for a fairly long period and the air temperature is low the ABS/ESP lights don’t stay on until perhaps I’ve stopped the car after having driven some distance and restarted.
