Im using my carry pick-up for my business and sometimes leisure. my problem is the front suspension. There is a lot of rattling noise(kalampag). I had my front suspension fixed by bringing it to a local shop, we use the same parts(tie rod, ball joint etc) the mechanic used technique they call "press"and replace the suspension bushings. The problem was solve, but only for about a month lang, then it went back to its old problem(kalampag).

Need advice on this suspension problem.

Sounds like you need new ball joints. Mechanics here like to "repair" ball joints by pressing the bottom in, which takes up the slack, and quiets them temporarily. The only way I have been able to find new ball joints in this area is to buy the entire control arm. Recommend the higher quality ball joints/control arms, as the cheaper ones don't seem to last long.
