Subject: Noise from the front stabilizer bar bushings
Revision: The design of the stabilizer bar bushingt has changed. The new busing will not have the grooves. Silicones Grease is no longer required nor recommended.

Correction: To adress the above condition a new stabilizer bar bushing is now available. Replace the bushing of the affected vehicle with the part number below. Follow the appropriate Service Manual procedure. Be sure to clean any grease off of the stabilizer bar that may be presented before installing the new bushing. Replacement of the stabilizer bar is not necessary nor recommended.

Are they referring to the sound of going over speed bumps at more than 1 mph or going over just about any dip in the road when it's 0 degrees out?

Are all models affected?

No its really just when you turn your steering wheel left to right on low mph. And I dont think its a recall at all to my knowledge
